This year’s Purley Festival has been organised by the Purley Business Improvement District (BID).
Important Notice for Purley Festival Attendees: To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we have a mandatory ID policy in place. All attendees must present valid identification such as a passport, driving license, or any government-issued ID. In line with our commitment to responsible drinking, we will be implementing the Challenge 25 principle – if you look under 25, please do not be offended if we ask for your ID when purchasing alcohol. Let’s work together to make Purley Festival a fun, safe, and memorable event for all.
No outside alcohol permitted on site. Only alcohol purchased from vendors will be allowed.
If you do bring your dog then to ensure the safety, responsibility, and comfort of all our visitors, please kindly observe the following pet policy:
Leash Rule: For everyone’s safety, all pets must be on a short leash at all times.
Cleanup Duty: Please clean up after your pet.
Noise Control: To ensure a peaceful day for all, please control excessive noise from your pet.
We count on you to prevent any inconveniences and ensure a pleasant time for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
There’s no parking on site.
No outside alcohol permitted on site. No glass bottles/containers permitted.
Our volunteers are here to assist you. They are the backbone of this event and deserve nothing but gratitude and respect. Any mistreatment or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or fellow attendees will not be tolerated.
For your safety, we have stringent security measures in place. If you need assistance or wish to report any incidents, please contact our team. Your safety and well-being are our top priority.
We’re all here to enjoy the festival, let’s ensure it’s a great experience for everyone. Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in immediate expulsion from the event.
Absolutely no drugs allowed on site. Please ensure that you have not consumed drugs or have any drugs on you at the time of entry or whilst at the Festival. If you are seen in possession of drugs then you will be asked to leave the Festival immediately and you will not be allowed re-admittance at any time.
No Alcohol or glass bottles or containers will be allowed to be brought on site.
We highly recommend that you buy from the fantastic food and drink stalls on the site.
No BBQs will be allowed on site.
Our prices are extremely competitive in comparison to similar festivals and offers great value for money, which includes everything from securing performers to setting up stages, providing security, toilets and cleaning up afterwards.
Contributions go directly towards enhancing the festival’s offerings and ensuring its longevity.
Your support allows us to continue hosting this community event, showcasing local talent, and providing a platform for businesses in our community.

Purley Festival will be taking photos and video at the festival. By taking part in this event, you grant the event organisers and partners full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity for the next event or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed publicity, website, social media and press releases. If you would prefer that you are not photographed please inform an event organiser at the festival.
